The usual suspects

I have just four regular visitors to my garden. The next four posts below are about these and I managed to get a photo with one of each in it. The sparrow is the hardest to see, between the starling and the feeder.

As for the less regular visitors, it's a long time since I saw a blackbird, though I did see a blue tit briefly the other morning when it was swamped by sparrows and starlings. I might have seen two others the next day - there was a small bird in the hedge but it flew off before I could get a good look and was followed by another. They didn't fly like sparrows.
